Today...
was the FOURTH day of my journey. Once again, I tried another flavor produced from Ghirardelli Chocolate Company — Luxe Milk Hazelnut. I would rank this the second among the three different flavors manufactured from Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. I again enjoyed today's experiment that I felt a bit relaxed after consuming it.

Its Specialty — Ghirardelli Chocolate Company:
Ghirardelli is one of the few chocolate companies in the United States to control every aspect of its chocolate manufacturing process, rejecting up to 40% of the cocoa beans shipped in order to select what the company calls the "highest quality" beans. The company then roasts the cocoa beans in-house by removing the outer shell on the bean and roasting the inside of the bean, or the nibs. The chocolate is then ground and refined until the flakes are 19 micrometers in size.

As a whole, the nutrition facts of this Luxe Milk Hazelnut Chocolate is actually very similar to the Luxe Milk Almond Chocolate that I tasted the day before. It is not really healthy simply because of its high calories (i.e. 240). The more we consume, the more unhealthy we would be.
